Estimates are free for boiler replacements and bathroom installations only.
We work on a time and material basis. all work is by the hourly rate for both plumbing and heating. a deposit will be required for all material prior to ordering as refunds are chargable by the manufacturers. all boiler spares are non refundable when ordered. vat is chargable at 15%.

we aim to meet all time targets. if a installation job takes a day to complete, we will complete that day so that customers are not left with the job incomplete carrying over to the next day. we do not delay on time to finish work. your satisfaction is what motivates us With all boiler installations we do take a deposit for the boiler and the balance payable upon completion.

A 2 year guarantee is given in writing on each completed job. this is written on your invoice for reference and peace of mind. 2 years for workmanship
1 to 2 years on products by manufacturers warranty. Gas tightness safety checks and commisioning of boilers officially documented. free notification of boilers to corgi and local authority.

we do not charge for estimates and these are given in writing at the time of visiting you.
